Neil Armstrong had to fill an immigration form while coming back to the earth from the moon.
They might have just become the first men on the Moon but bureaucrats still insisted they fill in immigration forms before they were allowed back into the US.
The customs form was signed by Apollo 11 astronauts Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins and filed at Honolulu Airport in Hawaii on July 24, 1969.
Earlier, the crew had splashed down in the Pacific Ocean to end their moon mission.
They had to declare moon rocks, moon dust and other lunar samples and listed their flight route as starting at Cape Kennedy in Florida with a stopover on the moon.
